This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the pipeline: Lead both inbound and outbound demand initiatives from start to finish — encompassing strategy, execution, and continuous improvement — with a clear connection to SAO goals each quarter.
• Collaborate closely with sales: Participate in standups, observe calls, and conduct deal reviews.
• Create campaigns that capture attention: Design integrated, multi-touch initiatives across email, paid media, content, and outbound that resonate with the realities of operators.
• Understand your audience: Gain insights from regular interviews with operators and sales calls to develop effective messaging, creative elements, and campaign strategies.
• Leverage AI for scalability: Utilize tools, workflows, and agents to enhance efficiency.
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in the SaaS sector, with a proven history of managing pipeline metrics.
• Proficient across various channels: email, paid media, content, events, and outbound marketing.
• An exceptional writer who can relate to the daily experiences of small business owners.
• A team player who integrates with sales rather than maintaining a distance.
• Low ego, high-output individual.
• A hands-on innovator.
