This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design and implement integrated demand generation campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities.
• Develop and oversee programs encompassing email, webinars, digital advertising, content syndication, nurture programs, and account-based marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to synchronize campaigns with business objectives and target accounts.
• Analyze campaign performance and consistently refine programs to enhance conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
• Oversee campaign execution within Marketo, including program setup, segmentation, lead nurturing, scoring, and reporting.
• Ensure precise lead routing, tracking, and campaign attribution through Marketo and Salesforce.
• Construct and enhance automated nurture programs to boost engagement and expedite buyer progression.
• Assist in account-based marketing initiatives aimed at strategic healthcare and enterprise accounts.
• Partner with channel and technology associates on co-marketing initiatives that generate demand and broaden market reach.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline creation, and ROI.
• Produce regular reports and insights to guide marketing and sales leadership.
• Utilize data to pinpoint opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Aid in demand generation efforts related to webinars, conferences, trade shows, and executive events.
• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing campaigns that yield measurable pipeline results.
• Practical experience with Marketing Automation Tools (preferably Marketo and/or Hubspot), including campaign execution, segmentation, lead nurturing, and reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce and marketing attribution reporting.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, webinars, paid media, digital campaigns, and lead lifecycle management.
• Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication abilities.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Preferred: Experience in marketing cybersecurity, healthcare technology, networking, infrastructure, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience in supporting account-based marketing programs.
• Familiarity with partner and channel marketing initiatives.
• Experience marketing to healthcare organizations and large enterprise accounts.
