This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and execute B2B paid digital strategies across search, social media, and display platforms.
• Implement user acquisition and lead generation initiatives targeting enterprise brand marketers, media agencies, as well as small and local advertisers.
• Create and manage a nurturing strategy in collaboration with content and product marketing to design email and lifecycle touchpoints that facilitate the progression of prospects through the sales funnel.
• Oversee agency and vendor management, including daily supervision of our performance agency, platform relationships, and budget management.
• Generate demand generation reports focusing on pipeline contribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and channel efficiency, while providing insights on effective strategies and areas for reduction.
• Conduct performance analysis to regularly monitor and report findings; critically assess channel-specific plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand and enhance lead quality, while optimizing strategies towards higher-value customers.
• Develop creative messaging and conduct A/B testing.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing, preferably within a startup, B2B SaaS, or ad tech environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing paid campaigns that effectively generate pipeline.
• Comfortable working across both enterprise B2B and self-serve/SMB strategies.
• Strong data fluency and attribution skills, with an analytical mindset; capable of diving into data personally and taking ownership when attribution issues arise.
• Ability to transform a go-to-market brief into a comprehensive channel plan with minimal guidance.
• AI-savvy with sound judgment: proficient in AI-assisted execution while understanding when to rely on traditional methods.
