• Create and implement a comprehensive global demand generation strategy that aligns with business goals and growth targets.

• Generate qualified leads, enhance customer acquisition, and boost revenue through effective campaigns and programs.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a diverse global demand generation team.

• Establish the strategic framework for paid media, SEO, AI discoverability, conversion rate optimization, website performance, social media, and employee advocacy.

• Track and enhance performance using key commercial metrics, including pipeline, revenue, return on investment, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create integrated, customer-focused marketing programs.

• Oversee the global demand generation budget, ensuring resources are allocated to the most impactful initiatives.
