This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage client accounts and act as the primary liaison.
• Conduct bi-weekly calls with clients to assess performance, discuss strategies, and agree on next actions.
• Deliver performance reports 24 hours prior to scheduled calls every two weeks.
• Foster trust and relationships that encourage renewals and referrals.
• Create, launch, and refine Meta advertising campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment scheduling.
• Oversee campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.
• Track daily performance and implement changes to achieve cost per appointment goals.
• Identify issues in underperforming campaigns and formulate intervention strategies.
• Write engaging ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored for financial services audiences.
• Develop hooks, angles, and variations in messaging for testing purposes.
• Collaborate with video editors for creative production tasks.
• Leverage AI tools for efficient copywriting while ensuring quality is maintained.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events effectively.
• Configure integrations with Calendly, automate processes using Zapier, and manage lead routing.
• Address technical issues that arise between advertising platforms and client systems.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media, particularly with Meta advertising.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts at once.
• Demonstrated success in achieving performance targets and retaining clients.
• Strong copywriting abilities, capable of crafting compelling ad copy and scripts.
• Knowledgeable in conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation techniques.
• Experience in the financial services sector, with an understanding of lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns. Familiarity with video sales letter marketing methodology and high-ticket purchase funnels is preferred.
• A proactive attitude towards ownership; you take initiative to resolve issues independently. Excellent communication skills to explain performance data to clients who may not be technically inclined. Detail-oriented yet capable of working quickly. Comfortable with direct client interaction and accountable for results. You prefer to be the primary responsible party rather than part of a shared responsibility group.
