This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the comprehensive demand generation strategy and implement impactful marketing initiatives to meet pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Take ownership of designing and establishing the attribution and measurement framework, lead qualification model, account-based marketing initiatives, and more.
• Create and oversee the pipeline forecasting, assessing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and continuously refining them.
• Strategize, implement, and oversee the budget for paid advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to ensure coordinated campaign execution, prioritization, and pipeline management.
• A demonstrated professional in demand generation or growth marketing with a solid history of achieving pipeline and revenue goals.
• Over 8 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS, open source, or developer tools environment.
• Extensive expertise with HubSpot, including workflow and campaign management, marketing contact enrollment, and development of nurturing campaigns.
• Proficient in constructing a measurement model from the ground up, analyzing data, and making informed decisions regarding channels or budget allocation.
• Leverage AI as a catalyst to significantly enhance output quality and efficiency.
• Budget-aware and results-oriented.
