Delivery Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Design, execute, and oversee scalable AI systems and workflows (beyond mere management).

• Propel the execution of multi-week customer delivery cycles.

• Ensure clear communication regarding timelines, dependencies, and ownership among teams.

• Transition from manual status tracking to automated data collection.

• Foster visibility and accountability within the organization.

• Anticipate and highlight risks; proactively assist teams in overcoming obstacles.

• Promote cross-functional collaboration among Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in operations, program management, or product/business operations within dynamic technical product settings (enterprise B2B, SaaS).

• Strong systems thinking abilities - capable of simplifying, automating, and scaling processes.

• Proven application of AI in daily tasks beyond basic writing functions.

• Established history of establishing and managing intricate, cross-team processes.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving execution forward.
