Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of delivery results across designated client engagements or portfolios.

• Ensure that engagements adhere to Tru standards regarding quality, scope, timelines, and client satisfaction.

• Act as the main escalation point for delivery risks, trade-offs, and quality concerns.

• Make delivery-related decisions within the assigned authority and escalate when necessary.

• Lead delivery teams on projects by establishing expectations and guiding execution direction.

• Offer real-time feedback and direction on delivery quality and work performance.

• Collaborate with project teams to guarantee effective execution.

• Ensure clear definitions of roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes within engagements.

• Work alongside Project Managers who are responsible for delivery governance, timelines, and risk management.

• Support Project Manager authority by reinforcing cadence, escalation processes, and delivery discipline.

• Serve as a senior delivery contact for clients throughout engagements.

• Uphold delivery standards, methodologies, and quality control measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in consulting, enterprise software delivery, or professional services.

• Proven track record of owning delivery outcomes in complex client engagements.

• Experience in leading teams within project settings.

• Previous people management experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Anaplan Model Builder; pursuing a Solution Architect pathway (for technical-focused roles).

• PMP, Agile, or other relevant delivery certifications (for consulting-focused roles).
