Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily delivery operations across design, procurement, execution, safety, quality, and control workstreams.

• Monitor progress in relation to the project schedule and proactively identify emerging risks or delays.

• Conduct regular cross-discipline coordination meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.

• Assist the Project Delivery Manager with daily decision-making and problem resolution.

• Keep project documentation and status reports clear and up-to-date.

• Aid in resolving interface challenges among disciplines before they impact the schedule or budget.

• Contribute to readiness planning in anticipation of key milestones and stage gates.

• Help onboard new team members and contractors into project workflows.

• Bring significant issues to the attention of the Project Delivery Manager with detailed context and potential solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in coordinating delivery for data center or complex capital projects.

• Excellent organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Sound judgement in determining when to address issues directly versus escalating them.

• Strong communication skills, capable of aligning various stakeholders.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, hands-on project setting.

• Openness to working on-site as required by the project.

• Nice to Have

• Experience specifically in data center or MEP-intensive construction projects.

• Knowledge of project controls tools and reporting methodologies.

• Background progressing towards a Project Delivery Manager position.
