This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage implementation milestone schedules, delivery trackers, and project documentation for ongoing PCL implementations.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the build process to assess and verify status, progress, and potential risks.

• Ensure that Technical Implementation Consultants provide comprehensive information regarding build status, progress updates, risks, and obstacles.

• Facilitate effective alignment and communication among Project Managers, Technical Implementation Consultants, and various stakeholders.

• Track and ensure the progress of implementations, dependencies, and action items for precise and timely execution.

• Identify operational challenges, implementation risks, and process deficiencies, escalating issues as necessary.

• Maintain dashboards, reporting tools, operational metrics, and documentation related to delays.

• Assist in implementation planning, readiness activities, and delivery forecasting for multiple concurrent projects.

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of implementation processes, workflows, operational standards, and reporting techniques.

• Organize regular status meetings, follow-up tasks, and stakeholder communications as needed.

• Exhibit strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities while handling multiple competing priorities.

• Utilize project management, reporting, and collaboration tools such as Wrike, Jira, Excel, or similar platforms to aid implementation operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of software development, delivery operations, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional project coordination in SaaS or technical settings.

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent implementation efforts and changing priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, effectively engaging with technical teams, Project Managers, leadership, and customer-facing stakeholders.

• Capability to proactively identify, assess, communicate, and escalate implementation risks, blockers, dependencies, and timeline impacts before they jeopardize delivery commitments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to recognize delivery patterns, operational gaps, recurring delays, and opportunities for process enhancements.

• Ability to maintain precise project tracking, milestone reporting, dashboards, delivery documentation, and operational records with a keen attention to detail.

• Skill in fostering collaboration, accountability, and alignment across Development, Project Management, Product, Support, and other cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in project management, reporting, and collaboration tools such as Wrike, Jira, Asana, spreadsheets, and dashboard/reporting platforms.

• Competence to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic implementation environments while maintaining composure, operational rigor, and adaptability under pressure.

• Capacity to support continuous improvement initiatives by developing scalable processes, enhancing delivery visibility, and increasing implementation predictability and stakeholder transparency.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

• Exceptional communication skills with a dedication to proactive communication.

• Commitment to timely and thorough communication regarding strategy, status, and results.

• Ability to navigate between technical and business perspectives, making you a favored collaborator among engineers and cross-functional team members.

• Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.

• Unwavering commitment to prioritizing the most valuable tasks first.

• Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing demands.

• Experience in a technical role is advantageous, but not mandatory.
