Delivery Consultant – Finance Recruitment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Perform extensive market mapping and talent research within the finance industry.

• Identify, engage, and assess high-caliber candidates that meet specific client needs.

• Oversee the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial outreach and screening to ongoing communication.

• Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews using video conferencing platforms (Zoom/Teams).

• Ensure candidates are well-prepared for client interviews, fostering confidence and alignment.

• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Keep accurate and current candidate records in internal systems.

• Work closely with client-facing consultants to deliver high-quality candidate shortlists.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, including workflows, automation, and best practices.

• Maintain a high standard of candidate care and professionalism at all times.

• Prior experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or research (experience in finance recruitment is a plus).

• Strong research and analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple candidates and roles at the same time.

• High level of organizational skills and time management.

• A candidate-focused approach with a dedication to providing a premium experience.

• Comfortable conducting professional interviews through video platforms.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools, LinkedIn, and ATS systems.
