This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This is an excellent opportunity to engage in a dynamic and expanding role.

• The necessity for audits of Managing General Agents (MGAs), Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and entities with delegated authority (the ability to underwrite insurance business) enables you to manage multiple audit projects concurrently, adding value at every stage.

• Our auditors function as independent project leaders, creating and conveying work plans to team members.

• You will be responsible for assigning tasks while also completing your own assignments to ensure the audits are finished successfully and on time.

• By effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, you will represent Pro.

• Whether collaborating closely with audit operations (administrators & peer review), reviewing pre-audit questionnaires (PAQs), responding to documentation, or engaging in audit interviews, our auditors demonstrate enthusiasm and professionalism.

• You are regarded as a trusted subject matter expert with the capability to produce comprehensive reports and identify critical issues.

• Our auditors are viewed as partners to our client customers.

• We go beyond merely identifying problems and work collaboratively to develop solutions and establish work and training plans that ensure compliance.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of audit experience is required.

• Proficient in conducting North American audits of MGAs; experience with Lloyd’s Coverholders and Delegated Authority Agreements and/or Claims TPAs is advantageous.

• Strong skills in report writing are essential.

• Analytical capability to review reports, identify issues, and evaluate their significance.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.

• A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently.

• Detail-oriented, precise, and thorough, with excellent record-keeping skills.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite; intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Access being beneficial.

• A strong business and leadership presence.

• Outcome-focused, self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic.

• Diplomatic, cooperative, and collaborative in approach.
