Defined Benefit Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute essential implementation tasks

• Employ analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Oversee deliverables in accordance with the project timeline

• Engage in internal status meetings

• Participate in external/client status discussions

• Lead internal and external workshops focused on data, plan provisions, communications, and trustee processing

• Provide training to the Delivery team

• Assist in requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and technical specifications

• Detect and address issues that may impact delivery quality

• Adhere to assigned timelines

• Support modifications tailored to specific client needs

• Work on pension plan administration and provide implementation support

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in defined benefit administration or implementation

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Excellent written communication abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Capability to identify and resolve issues that impact the accuracy of technical specifications

• Advanced skills in Excel and Access

• Experience in testing, including the development and execution of test plans
