Analista de Calidad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and document functional test plans and cases to validate business requirements.

• Validate web services and APIs using SOAPUI to ensure proper system integration.

• Consult and verify the integrity of information in databases through SQL queries.

• Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI agents) tools to enhance the generation of test cases, execution, and quality reporting.

• Collaborate with development and business teams under the Scrum methodology, actively participating in their ceremonies.

• Contribute knowledge of the insurance sector to align testing with industry-specific processes and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Quality Analyst / Functional Testing

• Degree in Systems Engineering or related fields.

• ISTQB certification (preferred).

• Experience applying Artificial Intelligence, including AI agents (agent-based handling), within quality processes (valued).

• Knowledge of the insurance sector (valued).

• Fundamentals of software quality assurance (ISTQB).

• Agile methodologies (Scrum).

• Querying and validating information in databases using SQL.

• Testing web services / APIs with SOAPUI.

• Tools and agents of Artificial Intelligence applied to testing (agent-based AI).

• Knowledge of the insurance sector.
