This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Formulate and implement detailed legal strategies for a varied clientele.
• Oversee and improve the legal outputs provided by paralegals and legal assistants.
• Represent the firm and its clients in court proceedings and during USCIS interviews, showcasing outstanding advocacy and negotiation capabilities.
• Uphold strict standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications and responsibilities.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.
• Must possess a valid license and active membership in the bar of any U.S. state.
• Legal experience as a licensed attorney is required.
• Previous litigation and supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred for effective client interactions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong research and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Capable of exercising sound judgment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite, including Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
