Decommissioning Engineer / Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and coordination of technical project activities, which includes the development and evaluation of technical strategies and methodologies.

• Define work sequences, phases, and delivery approaches.

• Identify constraints, risks, and interfaces.

• Provide technical insights into engineering solutions and methodologies.

• Aid in the preparation and assessment of technical documentation, encompassing engineering studies and reports.

• Coordinate interfaces among technical disciplines, including engineering design, environmental and waste considerations, health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Support clients in overseeing project delivery, ensuring monitoring of progress against scope, schedule, and deliverables.

• Contribute to project and program reporting, which includes progress updates and technical contributions.

• Function within a multi-stakeholder environment, facilitating coordination between clients, funding institutions, contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in decommissioning, engineering, infrastructure, or environmental projects.

• Background in regulated or complex project environments.

• Familiarity with engineering project delivery and methodologies.

• Knowledge of construction or decommissioning sequencing and planning.

• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental considerations.

• Capability to contribute to technical documentation and engineering deliverables.

• Experience in multidisciplinary teams.

• Relevant degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage in client-facing roles.

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
