📋 Description

• Effective management and documentation of declaratory judgment claims

• Comprehensive understanding of coverage issues and intricate coverage decisions

• Proactive formulation and oversight of litigation management strategies

• Independent evaluation and analysis of file materials and motions

• Oversight of expenses and enforcement of budgetary constraints

• Collaboration with claim adjusters and analytical resources

• Articulation of Allianz's position during depositions

• Keeping abreast of industry trends

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in handling litigated claims

• Solid background in asbestos, pollution, and health hazard claims

• Extensive knowledge of liability policy language

• Capability to operate in a regulated environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

• Juris Doctor degree preferred

• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
