This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Managing both outgoing and incoming calls from clients to address overdue accounts.
• Supporting customers with time-sensitive issues and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Demonstrating the ability to listen, negotiate, and offer solutions tailored to consumers' financial circumstances.
• Updating customer accounts with precise and current information.
• Adhering to all policies and procedures while complying with federal and state regulations that govern the collections industry, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• Maintaining assigned accounts with calling efforts, keeping excellent records of customer interactions, and processing payments.
• 3-5 years of experience in legal collections.
• CLS experience is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Recent and relevant experience in legal collections.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the FDCPA.
• Strong communication skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
• Outstanding attention to compliance and detail.
