Debt Collection Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in identifying the most impactful AI voice-agent applications for debt collection and recovery efforts.

• Determine key customer segments including collection agencies, banks, lenders, fintech companies, credit providers, BPO/contact centers, or internal collection departments.

• Provide insights on buyer personas, decision-makers, sales processes, and procurement challenges.

• Contribute to the development of product positioning, demonstration scenarios, pricing strategies, and pilot frameworks.

• Connect Altamira with pertinent industry contacts where a strategic fit exists.

• Facilitate initial discovery and pilot discussions with potential clients.

• Gather market feedback to aid in prioritizing product features.

• Assist in evaluating competitive positioning and market preparedness.

• Help develop a scalable go-to-market strategy for the solution.

• Established network within debt collection, recovery, lending, banking, fintech, or credit operations.

• Practical knowledge of how collection agencies or internal collection departments procure technology.

• Capability to connect us with relevant decision-makers.

• A commercial mindset with the ability to question product assumptions.

• Understanding of collection workflows, call operations, and recovery processes.

• Proficiency in English.

• Comfortable working with an early-stage AI product.
