This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Investigate and resolve disputes related to debit cards by thoroughly researching and monitoring cases.
• Ensure compliance with Regulation E.
• Review reports to check the statuses of chargebacks.
• Research unposted items for cardholders and prepare checks as necessary.
• Process claims related to Zelle disputes.
• Compile the MasterCard Billing Reports (MCB).
• Prepare monthly status reports at the end of each month.
• Monitor alerts for Account Data Compromise.
• Warm up cards that have been reissued due to the alerts.
• Carry out additional assignments or projects as assigned by management.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in banking or a related field is required.
• Previous experience in debit or credit card operations and account reconciliation is preferred.
• Must exhibit professionalism and comfort when communicating with both external and internal contacts.
• Proven ability to effectively express thoughts and ideas in writing.
• Uphold professional standards regarding spelling and grammar.
• Maintain credibility through a professional demeanor and appearance.
• Foster positive working relationships with internal partners.
• Utilize sound professional judgment to balance the interests of the organization and the customer.
