This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Comprehend the elements of the PASE program, including guidelines, components, and calculations.
• Retrieve relevant GM information through computer systems or personnel to accurately document and understand the client's situation or inquiries.
• Evaluate and process Dealer RIM Purchase Loyalty applications to approve or deny necessary adjustments.
• Pose probing questions to fully grasp the situation and provide appropriate answers or directions.
• Conduct initial investigations to identify and resolve questions and potential concerns.
• Refer more intricate inquiries to the appropriate department and document them for further examination, subsequently following up with the client.
• Identify and log any suspicious activity related to PASE.
• Collaborate with the RIM Help Desk to ensure compliance with RIM guidelines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a professional context.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding when engaging with dealers.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage repetitive issues and concerns.
• Proficient in computer use.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective phone communication skills.
