📋 Description

• The Regional Dealer Sales Manager is essential in enhancing Bestbath’s dealer network by recruiting, developing, and supporting a high-performing group of independent dealers within their designated territory.

• Concentrates on dealer-driven markets, including single-family construction, remodeling, in-home accessibility, state-funded programs, and related segments.

• Enhances the brand presence of Best Bath Systems, Inc. and stimulates sales growth through consistent relationship management and hands-on assistance.

• Serves as a trusted ally to dealer owners and teams, providing ongoing product training, responsive field support, and practical guidance that aids dealers in expanding their businesses and boosting demand for Bestbath solutions.

• Works closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, elevate dealer capabilities, and consistently meet annual sales targets while driving measurable year-over-year improvements in the territory.

• Oversees and develops the assigned territory to support and grow business with existing customers while executing channel growth strategies in collaboration with their territory team, sales manager, and marketing department to identify and recruit qualified new dealers.

• Responsible for the continuous management and prospecting of a targeted customer list.

• Dedicated to managing all prospecting, sales, and customer service activities and data utilizing Hubspot CRM and Netsuite ERP.

• Effectively communicates with customers and team members through phone, email, and video calls.

• Negotiates the sales of shower and bath units and accessories within the Dealer Business framework.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the North-Central territory.

• Exceptional product knowledge is required.

• Knowledge of the territory regarding remodeling, construction networking, bathing building codes, and compliance, including an established network within one or more related industries.

• Outgoing rapport-building style to effortlessly engage customers and prospects.

• Skilled in prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship building, with a solutions-oriented focus.

• Proven ability to partner with company departments to achieve successful sales, profitability, lead times, and accuracy on factory orders.

• Must possess a thorough understanding of sales practices and procedures, departmental policies, and general office practices.

• Must have extensive experience in business and technical writing, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must develop a working knowledge of Aging in Place concepts and ADA regulations.

• Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills are essential.

• Proven customer service, public speaking, and communication skills are a must.

• Attention to detail and strong listening skills are required.

• Must demonstrate maturity and a high degree of follow-through and professionalism.

• Familiarity and basic skills in MS Office software—Word, Excel, Windows, Outlook, Internet Explorer, CRM software, and NetSuite ERP are necessary.

• Excellent phone etiquette is required.
