This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Create presentations and proposals to effectively showcase company products and services to management at all levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities in both independent and franchise dealerships.
• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with existing and potential dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer networks.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication through phone calls and in-person visits with dealer partners to educate them on current programs and expedited funding requirements.
• Offer solutions, rework, and restructure vehicle loans to secure approvals that are beneficial for both Westlake and the Dealership Partners.
• Aid in the preparation of sales contracts by guiding dealers on the necessary documentation required for proper verification by Westlake Financial.
• Develop and keep up to date with sales materials and enhance knowledge of current financial products.
• Engage in marketing initiatives such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events targeted at independent and franchise dealers.
• Proven experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (required).
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a Sales role with a demonstrated record of success.
• College degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient presentation skills, from initial development to final delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Understanding of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
• Capable of amicable communication and collaboration with diverse teams.
• Knowledge/Experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL (advantageous).
• Prior experience in Outside Sales (preferred).
• Willingness to travel locally to meet current and prospective clients, requiring a valid state driver's license.
