This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Create presentations and proposals to effectively showcase company products and services to various levels of management within both Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Identify potential sales leads and reach out to these and other assigned accounts.
• Follow up on fresh leads and referrals generated from field activities with independent and franchise dealers.
• Build, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer sectors.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication through phone calls and in-person visits with dealer partners to provide training on existing programs and fast funding requirements.
• Offer solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for profitable approval for both Westlake and the Dealership Partners.
• Aid in the preparation of sales contracts by instructing dealers on the necessary documentation for proper verification by Westlake Financial.
• Develop, maintain, and stay informed about sales materials, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of current financial products.
• Engage in marketing activities such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events aimed at independent and franchise dealers.
• Proven experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (mandatory).
• 1-2 years of previous experience in a Sales position with a demonstrated track record of success.
• College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient presentation skills, from initial development to delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with advertising and sales promotion strategies.
• Excellent computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire for improvement and career advancement.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge and experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL (advantageous).
• Previous experience in Outside Sales is preferred.
• Significant local travel to current and prospective clients is required, necessitating possession of a valid state driver's license.
