Dealer Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Our Dealer Account Managers possess the vision and commitment necessary to help our existing and prospective dealer partners enhance their sales of cars and trucks by financing a greater number of customers.

• The Dealer Account Manager role is both challenging and dynamic, offering opportunities for career advancement.

• As a Dealer Account Manager at Westlake Financial, you will be responsible for educating and training our current Dealer partners within your assigned area, as well as sourcing new contacts.

• You will oversee and advise on all sales activities and account development for the dealers in your designated territory.

• Additionally, you will ensure the quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

• Given the fast-paced nature of this role, a consultative sales and management approach is essential.

• Each Dealer Account Manager will maintain their own dealer base to fully understand the Westlake Program, enabling them to facilitate growth and success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (required)

• 1-2 years of prior experience in a Sales position with a demonstrated history of success

• College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience)

• Strong presentation skills, from initial creation to delivery

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Familiarity with advertising and sales promotion techniques

• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technologies

• Goal-oriented with a strong desire for improvement and career advancement

• Capable of communicating and collaborating effectively with diverse teams

• Knowledge/Experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL (preferred)

• Previous Outside Sales Experience (preferred)

• Significant local travel to current and prospective clients is required, necessitating a valid state driver's license.
