Dealer Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Our Dealer Account Managers possess the vision and commitment necessary to help our existing and prospective dealer partners enhance their sales of cars and trucks by financing additional customers.

• They will educate and train our current dealer partners in the designated region while also establishing new sources and contacts.

• Responsible for managing and advising on all sales activities and account growth for dealers within their assigned area.

• Ensure the quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

• This role necessitates a consultative sales and management approach in a dynamic environment.

• Each Dealer Account Manager will oversee their own dealer base to fully comprehend the Westlake Program to foster growth and success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (mandatory)

• 1-2 years of prior experience in a Sales position with a demonstrated record of achievement

• A college degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience

• Proficiency in presentation skills, from conception to delivery

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Familiarity with advertising and sales promotion strategies

• Robust computer skills and adaptability to new technologies

• Goal-driven with a strong desire for growth and advancement

• Capable of collaborating and communicating effectively with diverse teams

• Knowledge/Experience with DealerTrack, RouteOne, or CUDL (advantageous)

• Previous Outside Sales Experience (preferred)

• Significant local travel to current and prospective clients, requiring a valid state driver's license
