This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
β’ Oversee the processing of Closed Won deals and manage order execution, ensuring precision and timely completion in accordance with established procedures.
β’ Create standard quotes using CPQ and handle Order Forms, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and adherence to pricing policies and approval processes before finalizing deals.
β’ Take ownership of and resolve Deal Desk cases related to technical and procedural inquiries, encompassing CPQ, quoting, and account maintenance questions.
β’ Keep Salesforce account and order records accurate throughout the deal lifecycle.
β’ Track the Deal Desk queue and address Sales team requests within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
β’ Collaborate with Senior Deal Desk team members on intricate or escalated cases, identifying issues that necessitate higher-level intervention.
β’ Participate in the ongoing enhancement of Deal Desk Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal documentation, and knowledge resources.
β’ Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing activities, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and punctually.
β’ Previous experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Order Management, or a similar operational role.
β’ Practical experience with Salesforce is essential; familiarity with CPQ tools is highly preferred.
β’ Basic knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes and order management principles.
β’ A genuine interest in the commercial aspects; while comprehensive knowledge is not mandatory (this is an entry-level position), a curiosity about the rationale behind deals (revenue, margin, deadline, risk) is essential, along with a desire to develop in this area over time.
β’ A collaborative, people-first approach β comfortable building trust with Sales and assisting with deal reviews when necessary, and willing to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements.
β’ Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing a significant volume of tasks accurately during peak times.
β’ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively during high-demand periods, including End of Month, Quarter, and Year End.
β’ Self-motivated with the capacity to adhere to structured workflows while proactively identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.
β’ Exhibits strong automation and AI skills.
β’ Proficient in written and spoken English.
β’ Previous remote work experience is not mandatory but would be considered an advantage.
