Deal Desk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as a Salesforce CPQ Subject Matter Expert, possessing a deep understanding of SKU and quote configuration, SKU migration mapping, quote structuring, and pertinent corporate, financial, and sales policies.

• Foster and sustain operational relationships within your designated area; collaborate with leadership to implement global best practices throughout the team.

• Guarantee compliance in quoting processes by reviewing and approving SKU use-case exceptions strictly in accordance with business policies.

• Address and resolve quoting issues from start to finish: troubleshoot operational quoting challenges, comprehend the impacts of contract and subscription data, and escalate for assistance when necessary.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new quote processes and system enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Renewal Quoting and general quoting processes.

• Over 3 years of experience in Sales Operations Support, Quote Support, or Order Management.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operational teams during the quote creation process.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills; keen attention to detail, reliable in meeting deadlines, and capable of multitasking.

• Proficient in Salesforce.com, Quote applications (preferably CPQ), Microsoft Office, G-suite, Tableau, and Salesforce Reporting tools.
