This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.
• Manage live submissions from the initial intake to final upload, covering submission calendars, clarification periods, Q&A deadlines, portal operations, and formatting.
• Oversee procurement portals, which includes registration, credentials, two-factor authentication, renewals, and framework registrations.
• Direct claims that need verification to the appropriate stakeholders in Product, Security, Legal, Infrastructure, and Finance.
• Monitor outstanding responses and deadlines utilizing AI-supported workflows.
• Raise any contractual, security, and data-residency concerns to the Legal and GRC teams.
• Conduct a secondary review of submissions prior to delivery.
• Verify product, security, and compliance claims against established internal sources.
• Ensure accurate distinctions among TRM’s US, UK, EU, and federal entities and certifications.
• Identify outdated, contradictory, or unverifiable content.
• Create supporting documentation such as sole-source justifications, attestation letters, COI requests, representatives and certifications, and vendor onboarding packets.
• Develop and maintain a reusable AI-supported answer library.
• Triage, log, and assign each incoming request on the same business day.
• Complete portal registrations, representatives and certifications, and insurance packets within 48 hours.
• Provide security questionnaires and diligence packs, including evidence follow-ups, within five business days.
• Collaborate asynchronously through Slack and Notion, with synchronized coordination for live bids.
• Proven experience managing complex written deliverables against strict external deadlines in bid or tender operations, deal desk, sales operations, procurement, or GRC.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to juggle multiple concurrent workstreams with various owners, formats, and timelines.
• Credibility to elicit clear responses from engineers and legal professionals.
• Genuine fluency in AI technologies, including configuring intake, routing, and quality assurance workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Comfort in navigating buyer procurement portals.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted drafting and review processes.
• Nice to have: exposure to blockchain analytics, financial crime compliance, AML/CFT, or fintech.
• Nice to have: knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701, Cyber Essentials Plus, FedRAMP, DORA, or GDPR.
• Nice to have: understanding of public-sector procurement frameworks including G-Cloud, SAM.gov, and EU tender portals.
• Nice to have: working knowledge of Notion, Asana, Slack, and Salesforce.
• No on-call rotation, no pager duty, and no weekend work expectations.
• Asynchronous-first communication via Slack and Notion.
