• Act as the main point of contact between Sales, Legal, and Finance to expedite the review and approval of intricate orders.
• Partner with Sales to create and manage quotes in Salesforce, leveraging internal policy knowledge to ensure quotes are compliant with internal guidelines while assisting Sales in fulfilling customer requirements and optimizing revenue.
• Oversee internal escalations regarding policy exceptions from the Sales team and aid in crafting innovative solutions to minimize friction and risks during the sales process.
• Support cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the quote-to-cash process; identify and implement strategies that alleviate friction and address systemic operational issues within Salesforce.
• Over 3 years of experience in GTM operations (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success), ideally within Deal Desk.
• Proven track record of collaboration with GTM Teams and various cross-functional departments.
• Exceptional communicator who is self-aware, transparent, professional, and receptive to feedback.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS companies and their operational metrics/processes, with experience in managing complex deals across a multi-product portfolio.
• Highly organized, customer-oriented, and possesses strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
• Fundamental understanding of revenue recognition rules and booking terms.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Operations, Project Management, Finance, or Data/Analytics.
• Proficiency in French is a plus, but not mandatory.
