This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Assist the Sales team in formulating and implementing deal strategies for small to mid-sized customer opportunities.
• Independently organize, evaluate, and authorize single-site and lower-risk commercial agreements.
• Act as the primary execution partner for field Sales by managing the complete lifecycle of quote creation, configuration, iteration, and maintenance in Salesforce.com.
• Serve as the main point of coordination for quote requests.
• Collaborate across departments with Sales, Pricing, Finance, Service, and Contracts to verify assumptions.
• Aid in deal governance by assessing assigned deals for accuracy, completeness, data quality, and compliance with standard processes.
• Promote continuous improvement by ensuring robust data hygiene in Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree with over 5 years of relevant experience in pricing, finance, commercial operations, sales operations, contract development, or a related field.
• Proficient understanding of commercial deal structures, pricing methodologies, and financial analysis.
• Experience supporting or working with CPQ systems (Oracle CPQ preferred).
• Ability to function efficiently within a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment with numerous simultaneous quote requests and deadlines.
