This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.
• Manage collections on designated overdue checking accounts by reviewing relevant documentation.
• Reach out to customers and clients via telephone communication.
• Generate written correspondence as requested by customers.
• Establish repayment plans to reduce potential losses for the organization.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Two to three years of experience in a collections call center environment.
• Strong understanding of loan collection policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with fair debt collection practices and applicable legislation.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Capability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Proficient in organizing and interpreting information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
• Applicants are expected to follow relevant workplace conduct and safety regulations.
