DBT Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain data pipelines and data warehouses utilizing dbt.

• Collaborate with fellow data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to guarantee that data remains dependable, secure, and accessible.

• Create and deploy dbt models to streamline data transformation and conduct quality checks.

• Monitor and resolve issues related to data pipelines and data warehouses.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in dbt technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in data engineering.

• More than 2 years of experience with dbt.

• Strong comprehension of data engineering principles and methodologies.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

• Experience with cloud computing services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Proficiency in SQL and other data modeling languages.

• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.

• Background in data quality assurance and testing.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
