This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more states.
• Assist clients throughout the complete Dayforce WFM implementation process, encompassing requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Set up and verify Dayforce WFM rules, which include timekeeping policies, accrual plans, scheduling regulations, pay codes, and workforce data configurations.
• Develop data mappings from source systems to Dayforce WFM and create functional specifications for configurations or customizations.
• Aid in testing, diagnose configuration issues, and coordinate client acceptance.
• Maintain documentation pertaining to requirements, design, configuration, and project plans.
• Cultivate client relationships, communicate effectively, and manage questions and feedback in a professional manner.
• Elevate project, technical, or configuration issues to the relevant project or practice leads.
• Oversee multiple client engagements and deliverables, monitor time, forecast hours, and fulfill project expectations.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, working sessions, and demonstrations.
• Provide recommendations for Dayforce WFM best practices and offer functional guidance.
• Collaborate with internal project teams within a team-oriented consulting environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in implementing Dayforce WFM, covering timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and pay rules.
• A solid understanding of Workforce Management principles and functionalities of Dayforce WFM.
• Experience throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, from gathering requirements to post-go-live support.
• Strong sense of ownership regarding deliverables and proactive management of project responsibilities.
• Excellent client-facing skills, effective communication, and professional handling of feedback.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills, which include presenting materials and facilitating client sessions.
• Capability to manage multiple engagements and prioritize competing tasks effectively.
• Ability to accurately track time, meet deadlines, and adhere to utilization and project expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Dayforce WFM certification is highly preferred, or a willingness to obtain certification as necessary.
• Ability to work independently from a remote location while collaborating with distributed teams.
• Openness and capacity to engage on a contract basis when appropriate opportunities arise.
• Clearly defined current or upcoming availability, notice period, and potential start date.
• Ability to commit to agreed project schedules and deliverables.
• For candidates in the US and Canada: readiness to travel for client engagements as needed, up to 10%.
• For candidates in the Philippines: this is a remote position; travel is not necessary.
• Valid authorization to work in the respective country; visa sponsorship is not offered.
• Nice to have: experience with additional Dayforce modules, integrations, Dayforce Extensibility Framework, HR operations, payroll processing, workforce planning, consulting, North American clients, or mentoring junior consultants.
