This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and assess incidents on GPU compute clusters, determining whether the issue arises from our infrastructure or the client's side.
• Analyze hardware failures: gather and scrutinize hardware logs, pinpoint defective components, and document findings for resolution or return merchandise authorization (RMA).
• Diagnose GPU hardware issues (focused on failure detection and isolation — not performance optimization or software porting).
• Set up and resolve network connectivity challenges, including InfiniBand fabric.
• Engage directly with clients as the primary support contact, communicating in English.
• Strong foundational knowledge in systems and networks — proficient in low-level networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Practical experience in hardware troubleshooting, preferably with Dell server equipment.
• Capability to identify GPU hardware failures (extensive GPU expertise is not necessary).
• Familiarity with InfiniBand (highly desirable).
• Proficient in English (all communications with clients will be conducted in English).
• Fully remote work environment.
• Coverage during weekdays.
