Database/Application Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Manage databases and enterprise application ecosystems

• Oversee system performance, storage capacity, and uptime

• Assist with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes

• Diagnose and resolve application and database problems

• Control user access, permissions, and security measures

• Facilitate upgrades, patches, and system configurations

• Keep operational documentation and procedures up to date

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline

• Over 5 years of experience in database or application administration

• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or similar technologies

• Knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments

• Excellent troubleshooting and support capabilities
