Database Operator – BENELUX Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee and refresh product reference databases tailored for the Dutch market.

• Categorize, standardize, and arrange product information in alignment with company guidelines, hierarchies, and business protocols.

• Detect and implement updates, corrections, and enhancements to current reference files.

• Collaborate with local teams and stakeholders to verify data, resolve inconsistencies, and enhance database content.

• Investigate and address routine data issues and exceptions promptly.

• Conduct regular quality assessments and apply corrective measures when necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and data management activities.

• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch and possess a good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Previous experience in data entry, database upkeep, data management, or a similar administrative position is highly regarded.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Professional communication skills, both in writing and over the phone.

• A proactive mindset coupled with robust problem-solving skills.

• Experience in an international or multinational setting is advantageous.

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
