This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Accountable for the installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of organizational databases.

• Ensure that databases operate at optimal performance levels, while maintaining security and availability.

• Protect data integrity and facilitate business continuity efforts.

• Modify database services to align with changing technologies and organizational requirements.

• Utilize technical expertise to adhere to operational procedures.

• A solid understanding of Oracle database administration is essential.

• Experience with Azure Oracle Database, Managed Instances, and associated services.

• Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Redgate, Veeam, native tools).

• Knowledge of database security and compliance standards.

• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Demonstrated experience as a Database Administrator.

• Experience in providing support for Oracle databases.

• Familiarity with Azure database services and cloud infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Preferred Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Database Administrator Associate).

• Oracle certifications are a plus.

• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
