Data Web Analytics Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Curate the measurement of client websites from intent to technical execution.

• Provide consultation on the ecosystems that support and engage in data collection strategies.

• Interpret the impact of implementation and down-funnel results, acting as a link between technical execution and end-user behaviors.

• Promote a data-driven culture by translating intricate analytics concepts—such as server-side tracking, identity resolution, and signal loss—into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Develop and maintain standardized documentation, best-practice guides, and playbooks that empower marketing and cross-functional teams to effectively utilize web analytics and data enrichment tools.

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring accurate signal flow from client environments to internal systems.

• Support the integration of first-party (1P) data solutions, facilitating the connection between client data warehouses and marketing platforms.

• Oversee user access and permissions for technical tools, ensuring data security and adherence to company protocols.

• Prioritize and resolve technical tickets, troubleshooting pixel/macro implementations and cloud application issues (Jira, Google Workspace) to ensure operational uptime.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to provide feed strategy guidance and insights for data enrichment.

• Assist and support both internal and external needs by investigating issues, executing tagging functions as necessary, and contributing to quality assurance.

• Diagnose and resolve common technical issues by adhering to established processes, escalating complex feed or API issues when required.

• Actively document recurring feed errors and solutions to enhance team knowledge and improve future troubleshooting.

• Show a desire to learn and grow within the signal enrichment field, proactively keeping abreast of industry trends and platform changes.

• Integrate A.I. tools into daily workflows to enhance efficiency and automate manual, repetitive tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or feed management.

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).

• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (including vlookups and pivot tables) and a basic understanding of SQL (copying and pasting queries).

• Proficient in tag management, dataLayer functionality, and understanding data passage.

• Solid understanding of consent signals and functionality as well as API integrations.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
