This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Oversee and provide support for the Production Data Warehouse environment.

• Diagnose and resolve issues concerning ETL jobs, data loads, and performance bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless operations and effective incident resolution.

• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and recurring problems, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of support and maintenance processes.

• Experience in relational database development with Oracle, Sybase IQ, or MS SQL Server.

• Knowledge of Data Warehouse architecture and ETL principles.

• Proficient in T-SQL and PL/SQL.

• Experience in managing and troubleshooting production workloads under time constraints is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, mathematics, or physics.

• Proficient in English.
