This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead and implement data support initiatives, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations are fulfilled.
• Define, monitor, and act on performance metrics to enhance team output and efficiency.
• Review and optimize processes to boost efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and maintain precise documentation.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Coordinate efforts across teams and escalate issues as necessary.
• Align team activities with strategic objectives and ensure progress is monitored and communicated.
• Develop team skills through training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Manage workload prioritization, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of relevant experience in a Data Operations setting.
• Experience in data quality management and governance.
• Strong analytical thinking and root cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency in operational execution and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience in performance management and metrics-driven leadership.
• Skills in project and backlog management.
• Effective cross-functional communication abilities and influence.
• Technical expertise with databases, productivity tools, and basic querying.
• Ability to recognize and respond to emerging market trends and changes, ensuring master brand data reflects current industry and client dynamics.
• Capability to drive ongoing improvements in data quality and operational efficiency by identifying gaps, implementing controls, and enhancing validation processes.
• Proficiency in leading backlog data cleanup efforts by prioritizing tasks, executing defined project plans, and maintaining clear visibility into progress and risks.
• Skill in actively managing team productivity through consistent use of performance metrics, ensuring output meets set volume and timeliness expectations.
• Ability to ensure the delivery of high-quality data by upholding strong accuracy standards and proactively minimizing errors identified downstream or post-delivery.
