Data Solutions Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Propel the growth of data solutions by engaging in client-facing solution development and actively supporting pursuit initiatives across the Consumer Business Unit (BU) verticals.

• Spearhead data solution design during client discussions, formulating technical strategies and value propositions that align with client business outcomes.

• Act as the primary authority on data solution credibility within Consumer pursuits, influencing deal trajectories, aiding pipeline advancement, and facilitating the closure of intricate opportunities.

• Maintain an active billable engagement at around 50%, providing hands-on architectural oversight to ensure solution continuity and excellence in delivery.

• Interact directly with client stakeholders and data teams, establishing trusted relationships and utilizing data science methodologies to create effective solutions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across data engineering, analytics, cloud, and artificial intelligence to ensure that proposed solutions are viable and in line with Bounteous capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in data consulting or professional services settings, with a strong focus on client-facing solution development and pre-sales assistance.

• Proven track record in supporting and closing data opportunities through technical leadership, architecture ownership, and active engagement in sales pursuits.

• Experience assisting clients in at least one of the Consumer BU verticals (Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, and Consumer Goods).

• A solid background in architecting real-world data solutions using contemporary platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake, with experience across at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Strong executive presence and communication abilities, with the capacity to lead client discussions independently and collaborate closely with Sales and Client Partner leaders.

• Experience thriving in fast-paced consulting environments with limited structure, including the willingness to remain hands-on when necessary.
