This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

• Interact with both internal and external customers.

• Address unique data challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

• Create tailored solutions to enable clients to fully utilize our platform and services.

• Manage incoming inquiries via phone calls, emails, team chats, and Jira tickets.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods/tools.

• Follow up with clients to assess satisfaction and the effectiveness of solutions.

• Address customer complaints, offer suitable solutions, and ensure follow-up for resolution.

• Diagnose common platform issues.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Linux.

• Strong knowledge of Shell scripting.

• Proficient in at least one programming language, including Java 8 or higher, Python, and/or Scala.

• Solid understanding of SQL and open-source RDBMS such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Experience with source control and code review tools (Git, GitLab, Gerrit).

• Familiarity with Build Automation frameworks (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins).

• Experience with Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure).

• Understanding of large-scale data processing systems like Hadoop, Map Reduce, and Spark.
