Data Scientist – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Advanced Modeling: Create, validate, and implement sophisticated predictive models utilizing cutting-edge machine learning methodologies, ensemble techniques, and time series analysis.

• Model Lifecycle (MLOps): Engage in automating processes, CI/CD, performance monitoring, and strategies for retraining models that are actively in production.

• Code Quality: Uphold best practices for version control within collaborative settings using Git.

• Data Architecture: Construct scalable data pipelines and assess new analytical tools for the organization’s technological framework.

• Technical Leadership: Make informed methodological choices in uncertain scenarios and operate independently to address intricate challenges.

• Data Translation: Effectively convey analytical findings and insights to both technical stakeholders and non-technical executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Experience: At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in Data Science.

• Programming: Proficient programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

• Statistics: Comprehensive understanding of advanced statistics and mathematical modeling.

• Machine Learning: Experience with intricate models, hyperparameter optimization, and thorough validation processes.

• Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).

• Version Control: Expertise in Git for collaborative development.

• Plus: Experience in MLOps (automation and monitoring).

• Plus: Extensive knowledge of ensemble methods and time series analysis.
