Data Scientist – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development and execution of the company's Artificial Intelligence strategy.

• Establish the framework for AI solutions architecture.

• Organize and manage the AI Center of Excellence (CoE).

• Facilitate the advancement of the organization’s AI strategy.

• Offer technical guidance for AI projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Machine Learning.

• Proficiency in creating Generative AI solutions utilizing LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and fine-tuning techniques.

• Ability to define architecture, governance, security measures, and best practices for AI solutions.

• Experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and MLOps/LLMOps.

• Skilled in Python development and integration with APIs and enterprise systems.

• Capability to lead technical initiatives and assist in the progression of the organization's AI strategy.

• Microsoft AI certifications are advantageous.

• Familiarity with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks is a plus.

• Background in financial institutions or large enterprises is a plus.
