Data Scientist – Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance algorithms and models to improve Search relevance, retrieval, and ranking.

• Design experiments to ensure they are executed efficiently and accurately.

• Generate and communicate key strategic insights through data analysis.

• Develop scalable metrics and dashboards to monitor Search performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate product development initiatives.

• Have a strong commitment to maintaining data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in Data Science.

• Direct experience with Search, recommendation systems, or information retrieval products.

• Proficient understanding of machine learning models.

• Strong expertise in experimentation methodologies.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python programming languages.

• Exceptional communication abilities.
