This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance models designed to boost revenue, from basic predictive models to intricate data science algorithms.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deploy models in production, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Serve as a project manager for model implementation, coordinating team efforts to meet deadlines and achieve successful outcomes.

• Create business cases that outline the anticipated impact and costs of data projects, prioritizing them accordingly.

• Evaluate the effects of implemented models, providing actionable insights to improve future strategies.

• Conduct thorough analyses of revenue performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

• Partner closely with business stakeholders to convert data insights into actionable strategies that generate business value.

• Prepare and deliver presentations of findings to stakeholders, including executive management, in a clear and concise manner.

• Utilize advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to aid business decisions and convey complex data in an easily understandable format.

• Maintain a proactive mindset with a hands-on approach, ready to engage in details and challenge conventional methods.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.

• Solid foundation in data science and/or statistics.

• Extensive experience in developing revenue optimization models, with a proven history of achieving measurable outcomes.

• Experience in building Data Science models using Python and R.

• Capability to manage projects from beginning to end, coordinating across teams and delivering results on time.

• Proficiency in analyzing large datasets that are structured, semi-structured, and unstructured to extract insights.

• Expertise in SQL for complex queries and dashboard creation, supporting both ad-hoc analysis and ongoing monitoring.

• Advanced skills in data visualization (e.g., Tableau), able to create dashboards that inform and influence business decisions.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.

• A proactive, independent thinker with a strong "can-do" attitude and the confidence to challenge existing practices.

• Ability to deliver insights creatively and pragmatically, ensuring a clear understanding of their implications for the business.
