Data Scientist – NLP, Deep Learning, GenAI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive NLP and GenAI solutions, encompassing text classification, summarization, RAG systems, conversational AI, and document intelligence pipelines.

• Construct, fine-tune, and assess LLM-based models utilizing transformer architectures such as BERT, GPT, T5, LLaMA, and others.

• Develop and implement tailored NLP workflows, embeddings, semantic search solutions, vector databases, and strategies for prompt engineering.

• Create scalable advanced machine learning models that leverage deep learning, traditional machine learning, and hybrid architectures.

• Deploy models and AI applications following contemporary MLOps practices across cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and business teams to convert requirements into AI-powered solutions.

• Track model performance, perform error analysis, and continuously refine pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in data science with extensive hands-on knowledge in NLP and Generative AI.

• Expertise in transformer models, embeddings, and contemporary NLP libraries such as Hugging Face, spaCy, and NLTK.

• Strong proficiency in Python with experience in PyTorch/TensorFlow for advanced model development.

• Practical experience in constructing RAG architectures, vector searching, and optimizing prompts.

• Solid grasp of MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, and productionization.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills accompanied by excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
