Data Scientist, Mid-level – AI Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and execute AI agents (assistants, copilots, and intelligent automations) across various sectors of the organization.

• Organize interaction pathways and the decision-making logic of agents, guaranteeing the quality and consistency of their responses.

• Connect AI models with corporate data, APIs, and internal systems.

• Perform testing, optimization, and ongoing enhancements — including prompt engineering, model adjustment, and performance assessment.

• Assist in the advancement of solutions utilizing LLMs and NLP, ensuring they align with business objectives.

• Work collaboratively with Tech Leads, Delivery, CX & AI, and AI Enablement teams to maintain coherence between technology, user experience, and the value delivered.

• Track agents’ performance and usage, recommending continuous enhancements.

• Adhere to governance, security, and responsible AI usage protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in data modeling, Machine Learning, or AI.

• Proficiency in Python and relevant data/AI libraries.

• Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, or the development of chatbots and agents.

• Experience in utilizing APIs and managing both structured and unstructured data.

• Skills in prompt engineering and assessing the quality of model outputs.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on business outcomes.

• Practical experience in developing data models, Machine Learning, or AI, particularly in projects involving LLMs, NLP, or chatbots and agents.

• Experience in consuming APIs and handling structured and unstructured data.
