This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design, develop, and implement methodologies, processes, and systems to integrate and analyze various large-scale data sources.
• Conduct statistical modeling and analyze both structured and unstructured data sets.
• Create metrics, reports, and visual representations of trends and patterns.
• Oversee the development and coding of software applications, algorithms, and automated processes for cleansing, integrating, and assessing large datasets.
• Extract significant insights from extensive data and metadata sources.
• Interpret and convey insights and findings to product, service, and business managers.
• Recommend solutions and strategies to address business challenges and present these to the executive board.
• Develop data visualizations.
• Mentor and lead team members.
• Construct predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.
• Diagnose and resolve database technical issues in collaboration with the development team.
• Independently examine datasets to uncover opportunities for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct data quality assurance to identify potential deficiencies.
• Compile large, intricate datasets that fulfill both functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Collaborate with data and analytics experts to enhance data system functionality.
• Carry out additional duties as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) from a recognized four-year institution along with 8+ years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sound judgment in choosing methods and techniques for deriving solutions.
• Ability to establish networks with key contacts beyond one's area of expertise.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and strong verbal communication skills.
• Background in working with Big Data to provide Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to senior team leaders.
• Proficiency in SQL, including the creation and modification of macros and the development of dashboards using SQL coding.
• Strong written communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Capability to independently analyze substantial amounts of data and identify, assess, and interpret trends, gaps, and patterns within complex datasets.
• Expertise in data engineering on platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and TensorFlow.
• Experience utilizing AI/ML and Generative AI for analytics, modeling, and data science.
• Ability to perform office-related tasks, utilize a computer, communicate effectively, and navigate within an office setting.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
